  2.4 Right to Decline or Discontinue Service

      - Disrespectful, threatening, or discriminatory speech or behaviour.
      - Unsafe job conditions (e.g., hazardous weather, aggressive animals, structural hazards).
      - Lack of access to proper tools, equipment, or site entry.
      - Discovery of legal or regulatory barriers to completing the work.

3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a safe, efficient, and respectful work environment, clients are responsible for the following:
  - Site Safety and Disclosure: Inform us of any known risks such as unstable surfaces, loose fixtures, exposed wiring, or other hazards.
  - Securing Belongings: Fragile items, plants, furniture, or valuables should be moved or protected before work begins.
  - Supervising Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the work area. Animals must be secured (e.g., leashed or crated).
  - Access and Environment: Ensure the worksite is accessible, reasonably clean, and free of unnecessary obstructions.
  - Clear Communication: Provide specific instructions or limitations for the job as needed before work begins.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may lead to project delays, rescheduling, or additional costs.

4. Intellectual Property

  4.1. Ownership
